Short Description
The Apprenticeship Programme is in collaboration with Temasek Polytechnic to provide the approved training -- CAAS SAR-66 Category B2, to become certified Licensed Aircraft Engineer with Bombardier Aerospace Services Pte. Ltd.
The Apprenticeship Programme offers a workplace immersion programme opportunity prior to the start of Aircraft Maintenance Licence Training (AMLT) alongside financial support and incentives to keep the engagement between the Company and apprentices throughout the training journey.
Suitable candidates will be employed by the Company as Trainee Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (TLAMEs).
Upon successfully completion of the 45 months apprenticeship and an aircraft type course, apprentice will be appointed as Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, subject to the apprentice meeting the Company’s certifying staff requirements and CAAS personnel licensing requirements.
The Apprenticeship Programme will commence in August 2024.
In your role, you will
Perform maintenance task in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures, and relevant Aviation Authorities Rules & Regulations.
Practice good housekeeping in and around customer aircraft so as to maintain cleanliness at highest level at all times.
Prepare and upkeep equipment and tooling on daily basis.
Good verbal and interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Team player, task focused and target oriented.
Contribute to continuous improvement to the Bombardier Service Centre Operations.
As our ideal candidate
You must have diploma from one of the engineering fields:
Diploma in Aerospace Engineering
Diploma in Aerospace Electronics
Diploma in Mechatronics
Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Diploma in Electronic and Computer Engineering
Diploma in Aeronautical and Aerospace Technology
Diploma in Aerospace Systems and Management
Other relevant engineering diploma may be considered
You have graduated or Operationally Ready Date from July 2021 onwards.
