What are your contributions to the team?

MISSION:

Working with our suppliers and stakeholders in an environment of trust and respect, to achieve optimal on time delivery, for all purchased materials while reducing the impacts of attritions and changes for the production line.

RESPONSABILITIES:

As Material & Work Planner you will be responsible:

  • Develop & maintain an internal network of resources.

  • Analyse & monitors daily logistics performance indicators.

  • PFEP (Plan for Every Part): Build the communication and purchasing structures with a supplier (PO structure, purchasing order strategy, etc.)

  • Apply & maintain inventory level strategy aligned to the business strategy.

  • Controls & maintain BOM costs in accordance with applicable contracts, changes authority budget, or justifies budget delta for approval.

  • Analyse, support & integrate change management implementation plans for a given product family.

  • Action workflow non-conformities and snags in a timely manner and supports the implementation of corrective actions with Supplier if required.

  • Understand production line installation position, supplier lead times & master schedule for their portfolio.

  • Manages & negotiate delays in delivery dates during open PO review by understanding impacts and delays on production line and relaying them back to suppliers along with contractual remedies in case of material breaches.

  • Understand & executes contracts or POGC for applicable suppliers and applies contractual terms and conditions when required.

  • Prepares coverage charts and presents to immediate leadership when required (ex: 4 blockers).

  • Analys & optimize portfolio spend and sourcing strategies (PIR or OA) in collaboration with the procurement team.

  • 1-4 years of experience in related position.

QUALIFICATIONS – STUDIES

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management business, International Trades, or relevant field and/or related experience.
