In your role, you will
He will participate in a competence management project for the Manufacturing group.
Develop databases for the knowledge management of the manufacturing group
Prepare work plans for project teams.
Prepare project progress reports.
Bachelor's degree student or intern in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Organizational Development.
Has a basic or intermediate command of English.
Have knowledge of Office 365 usage and applications, such as; sharepoint, lists, power automate, outlook.
Preferably Microsoft Project 2013

Planning work meetings as part of the project.
Meeting Minutes Record
Database preparation with a certain level of automation to facilitate the visualization of information.
Manage project tasks.
Preparation of working templates for project documentation.
Participate in strategic sessions for knowledge management within the manufacturing group.
