What are your contributions to the team?

• Execute activities regarding month end processes (Journal entries, account reconciliations).

• Analyze and correct warranty transactions for all legal entities

• Prepare monthly Governance to management detailing warranty transactions

• Participate in the external audits activities for Inventory & Warranty

• Support the team during the Budget/Forecasts exercises

• Participate in various special projects and processes improvement initiatives and responsible for updating the documentation of key financial processes.

• Provide support on various ad hoc requests from management.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• You have minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting

• You have a good team spirit and have a positive attitude

• You are capable of building and maintaining a beneficial relationship with your colleagues, partners and clients

• You have strong analytical skills and are results oriented

• You are known to be autonomous, resourceful and flexible

• You are organized and able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure in a constantly changing environment

• You are able to deliver according to established plans and keys performance indicators

• You possess skills to use MS Office Excel, Access and SAP and have the capability to work in a complex IT environment.

• You have good spoken and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
