What are your contributions to the team?

• Validate and correct the assembly specifications or manufacturing range intended for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components;

• Interpret drawings and other documents from the engineering department;

• Establish strategies for assembling and manufacturing aircraft components.

• Define the tools necessary for the manufacture or assembly of aircraft components in order to ensure the required geometric tolerance.

• Harmonize the implementation of changes in engineering or assembly strategy by working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and production departments.

• Take an active part in supporting production by coordinating the resolution of technical problems with other support services.

• Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies in addition to taking part in research and development projects.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a college or university diploma in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, aeronautical manufacturing or a minimum of 1-3 years in a related discipline;

• You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have good 3D visualization and a good analytical mind;

• You have good logic and a good mechanical mind;

• You are familiar with the Ms Offi ce suite software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

• You are familiar with computer-aided drawing software such as Cati a, AutoCad, Enovia, etc.;

• You are familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as BAAN, SAP, etc.;

• You have an excellent team spirit, you are recognized for your perseverance and your judgment;

• You are fluent in the French language, both spoken and written, and you have a good knowledge of the English language.
