What are your contributions to the team?
Exert your leadership with a team of leaders, while respect the vision and values of Bombardier
Coach your team of leaders in order to develop their talent in the organization
Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication
Maintain communication with other departments for any issues related to your organization
Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization
Ensure continuous improvement, notably with the application of the problem resolution process
Support the budgets of your organization and ensure the quality of the product
Support the operational processes of your organization by achieving and monitoring the production objectives and follow up on them when needed
Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
Identify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives.
How to thrive in this role?
You have 5 years of experience at Bombardier, 5 years of experience in operations and at least 8 years of management experience or equivalents
You have experience in management of a team of leaders in a manufacturing environment (is an advantage)
You have strong communication skills
You have understanding of the principles of value-added production
You have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved
You demonstrate managerial courage when managing personnel
You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments
You are motivated by a stimulating and fast changing environment
You have entrepreneurship
You are proficient in French (bilingualism an asset)
You are flexible to work other shifts if required
